Magpress terms of service

By installing Magpress (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is provided by the operator of Magnetic.Photos (“we”, “us”).
The service
The app adds a photo uploader to your Shopify store, stores your customers’ photos and placements, and gives you a production queue, print-ready sheets and a shipping hand-off inside your Shopify admin. You are responsible for producing and shipping the physical products, for your prices, and for your own customer service.
Subscription and billing
The app is billed through Shopify at the price shown on the app listing, after any free trial. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Data
We process your customers’ photos and order references on your behalf as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and serves as the data processing agreement between us. You keep ownership of your data and your customers’ photos. You are responsible for having the right to print the photos your customers upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to process unlawful content or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment or to protect the service.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
